Blinkout of Quarterly reports

I'm having an issue where everytime a quarterly report comes up the game starts blinking and dropping buttons. I have to keyboard esc out of the GNN report, and then restart the the game before it works correctly.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

you can elect not to get the quarterly until something better comes along. They actually are not that helpful anyway

That's what I figured I'd have to do in the long term. Oh well.

Can we get more details, dose this happen every time? Dose it happen only when mutible events have happend in the turn. Is it posible that other popups are behind it?. And what video card and drivers you are running.
