No. I am running dual monitors, but I disabled that and still encountered the problem. None of the buttons in the dialog work. Hitting Alt-F4 while in the dialog doesn't do anything. I've ended just about every process I can and it won't go away. I even had it stay on the screen once after I logged out, which is something I've NEVER seen before.

I'm having the same problem. Even unloading WindowBlinds won't make it go away. It just started happening about a week or so after installing the program. I'm running Windows XP SP2 on a dual 2.4GHz Xeon machine with 1gig of RAM and an ATI X700 graphics card.
