My Fences program is not set to run as an administrator. No offense was intended by my comment to let the AI bots work it out. Believe me, I've tried that and it doesn't work. Yes, the process to get rid of them is a Windows function, but the files themselves are found within Fences. And, I bought it from Stardock itself. I don't know if you ever got this figured out, but I had the same problems & concerns. I was also happily running Fences4 on my Windows10 computer, but was constantly interrupted with flash screens that I also suspected were attempts to get me to upgrade.
