Go Check out https://www.reddit.com/r/Offworld/comments/lp1o7f/for_anyone_with_multiplayer_issues_on_steam/ I tested it out with a friend of mine and we changed the version of Offworld Trading Company on Steam from the newest to the newest version from 2019 (v1.23.32322) After that multiplayer worked just fine for us.
