Hello, and thank you for your question. [quote who="info69511" id="542061"] Does Stardock have a ready-made PowerPoint presentation I can use to show my user group. Hi DanMS, In testing, we haven't been able to reproduce this issue. Another thing you could try, a complete purge and reinstallation of the software: <li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit

Hi lab2, It looks like you have both the original "ObjectDock" and also "ObjectDock 3" installed on the same PC. These are different products, with different installers requiring different product keys to activate. At some point it's likely you had installed an ObjectDock 3 trial, but your old ObjectDock key won't work to activate that. Actually, I do need to make a correction on my last post. To clarify: I was able to get one folder to pin to my taskbar, but the conditions were unique. Something odd about creating a New Folder on the desktop, and then immediately dragging it to the taskbar- allowed that one singular folder to be pinned.
