it is me. .desabilage of scottlingas would be the first measures .if you want to get rid of them and conqurer their planets then .destroy any star bases or frieghters and imdeiatly settle with peace. . then do the same with the planets .capture one and settle with peace. .repeate for the other planets .or you can just bribe the other races (don't ally with them)to send an attack force ,only trade the attack for any good ships .use only d
