I figured out how to edit it in Skin Studio. And yes this is only for personal use. The overall colors of this skin are kind of dark so after looking at many of the windows and menus and then opening a folder with a white background, my eyes go crazy cause they seem so bright. Thanks for the help!

Hello, I have a few questions, I have read the FAQ but would like a more direct answer if possible. I am interested in changing my Icons and Win-XP OS skins (windows / start button ect.) Im not ready to start creating my own yet, first I want to see how this software works. Do I need to purchase anything other than window-blinds and icon-packager to do this?
