I ran groupyPurge.bat before reinstalling. But the result was same. The procedure was as follows. 1) Created an Administrator account. 2) Signed in with this account. 3) Disabled all services. 4) Disabled all startup items. 5) Ran groupyPurge.bat and rebooted. Thanks for your investigation. 1) Windows 10 version numbers : use Winver.exe. It is Version 1809 (OS Build 17763.253) 2) Multi monitor setups. Resolution and scaling applied on each monitor. I'm using Groupy 1.18 on Windows 10. But, an behavior is awkward when using multiple monitors. The procedure is as follows. 1. Setup multiple monitors. (monitor A, monitor B) 2. Create an Explorer window on the monitor A, and *maximize*. (window A) 3. Create another Explorer window on the monitor B. (window B) 4. Drag the window B to the window A, and group.
