I never knew him, but from the responses here, I'm sure I actually did in a round about way, but just didn't know it. I am about to visit his website for the first (knowingly) time and I'm sure, some of his work will make its way down to my PC, if it's not here already. It's always sad when a family member who is well loved and cherished, such as Nikos , is lost, even mor

Could this be an official request please? I know this was requested back in 2019 by another individual as linked here
Hello I have ObjectDesktop and have been a user for several years, since 2018. I've only just started to use Start11 and I love it, so far. But there's just one thing missing, at least I cannot find it, and that is an option to show folders at the top of the jump lists (under All Programs) instead of at the bottom. I'm using "Modern Style" as my preference. Is there an option for this or is this something which has to be set in Windows itself, although I've nev
Thanks. I didn't even think of Early Access being another name for Alpha / Beta versions! My bad!

I have just installed Fences 4 (Early Access) onto my system that previously had Version 3 and all seems to be working OK. However, I now have two listings of Fences in my Object Desktop menu, both of which point to Fences version 3.9.8.26. What my question is, is this version 4 or version 3 as it doesn't look that much different (from what I can remember); the Fences Context Menu has disappeared and the version number still refers to Version 3.x instead of 4.x as stated above. <
I'll give that a go. Thanks @basj.
I've had a further thought due to someone else posting about overlapping fences and perhaps this could be added as a feature request?
This may be a hint / help to something I've been trying to do without success and that is to have sub fences. What I mean by that is one main fence and inside that, several sub fences. As an example: Gaming Fence (main fence) Blizzard (sub fence 1) Game 1 icon Game 2 icon Epic Games (sub fence 2) Game 1 icon Game 2 icon Game 3 icon Steam (s
I'm such a dork. I removed some of my fences to reduce clutter for the video and it simply wasn't doing what I called the "big" interval snap as it was yesterday. This got me thinking and I feel such a dumb arse. The reason it wasn't snapping now (how embarrassing) was because I'd removed all my horizontal fences and it was these fences that the other fences were snapping to and not the "big" inte
Having a bit of issue with snapping in Fences version 3.0.9.11 on Windows 10 x64 version 1909 build 18363.778. The issue is that if you have fences round a group of icons on the RIGHT side of the monitor (i.e. > 960 on a 1920 x 1080 display) the "big" snap is ignored and only the "small" and edge snapping is observed. I don't really know how to explain it, but if you create a fence around a few icons and drag it to the leftmost part of your screen where it snaps to the left
Thanks. This topic can now be closed / removed although you may wish to leave it in place for logistical purposes.
Relating to this post (which I cannot reply to), there needs to be an upd
Yes, that one worked. I was just pointing out that I would never have found it if it wasn't posted here.
I just want to say that I couldn't find it either. The only reference to a download I could find was to version 2.5 dated 2002 from here . When I first selected SkinStudio from the gear in WindowsBlinds it took me to skinstudio.net resulting in a 502 bad gateway although that appears to have corrected itself now.
Sorry. I mean multiple Fences within a parent Fence; so something like... ************ * ****** * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ****** * * &nb
That's what I was afraid of. Oh well, I've create three Fences for now; I don't suppose you can "sub group" Fences either?
Hello. I have just purchased Object Desktop and am currently configuring Fences according to my requirements. However, one thing I am having an issue with is icon snapping to a grid but IN A SYMMETRICAL FASHION. For example, I am trying to group my gaming category into 3 sub groups using 3 columns; the first column should have 6 rows, the second 3 and the third 2. However, when I create the fence or resize it, I end up with a mix and match of rows where columns 1 and 2 has 4 r
