I have never seen dread lords before (:( . WHy is this. Is it because I play at normal but the dread lords don't come till a more advanced level is played or is it something else?

What I am trying to do is figure out the greatest id number of the techs so I can put in tech mods because, as i understand, people who make the mods will probably have different id numbers due to them downloading some other mods. And I have tried the GalCiv writer but it rquires you to put in the highest id number for techs, trade goods, and a couple of other things. If you don't put these in it will say there is an error. :(
I have downloaded some invasion tactics and when I try to invade they show up yet I have not gotten the tech for them! Why is this happening?
Is there any way to find out what the greatest tech ID is so I can put an some tech mods?
How does the program calculate what the attack and defense value of a ship are when you have a starship quality bonus?
Just wondering, has anyone seen minor races build starbases, cause i haven't.
I have heard that people have seen minor civs get Manufacturing might for one planet that blots out more than one sector of a map. Do these minors get certain bonuses in manufacturing cause i haven't gotten that big of a manufacturing might for one planet.
Is there any way other than building social projects to increase manufacturing. Also how does the game calculate manufacturing? Thanks :)
How do you make the event occur more often? Also where is the dark arnor event in the program files?
1. I've heard that there is a dragonal and dark anrnor event. They sound very interesting to get in you game. so far I haven't got any of them yet. I was wondering what happened when you get these events. :) 2. I seem to not to be able to keep up on the technology race. Actuall, with research on 100 percent i have a chance, but that neglects social and military. I was just wondering how you can keep up on technology Oh, and how does the computer on maso
How can you get a Drengin account?
In one game I am Playing I have about 25 to 30 planets (Abundant planets, huge galaxy). It is getting hard to prevent enemys from destroying my defenders, since I have alot of planets that are spaced out. My question is how can I manage a big empire and prevent the enemys from destroying my defenders. Oh, and I;m only making 200 bc per month so I could barely afford mantaing 1 frigate fro each planet.

Here are some question that are labeled from 1 to 3 ;) 1. Has anyone seen a life resource in any of their games? They are supposed to be really rare and I agree cause I have not seen any yet! 2. Can you see what the economy might of minor civs are? 3. Do minor civs have a morality (evil, neutral, good). If so how can you figure out what it is from the game? Answers would be really appreceated :) !
I have heard that there is a new ship in the "Bonus Pack." If so what is the name of the ship and what is the required techs to get to it :) ?

Whenever I try to get close with a major race in a game, it's really easy. All I have to do is to establish all my trade routes with them, and enhance with some starbase trade enhancing modules and i'm close with them. But if I do the same thing with minor races, I can get up only to friendly and not farther. How can I get a close relation with a minor race?
