I meant a list from first tech research to last tech research to get a Terror Star. But a reply from a veteran, even if he/she is part of the White Council, is certainly an honor.

I don't no how to get a Terror Star. I research and I research, but I just can't find anything on Terror Stars! What do you have to research to get a Terror Star? [Message Edited]

How do I join GROSS?
In your "Movements" section, you sort of asked if the meetings were annual. They're not. The United Planets assembles every four years. It plainly says so in your instruction booklet, though it also says you can vote for it to assemble sooner, a situation I have never come across.

A lot of times some of my really good star systems go into Cultural Rebellion. I don't know how to stop it. Can anyone help me?
