Played quite a few 4x games and the Gal Civ AI is among the best cheaters of the lot. The whole minor races setup is there as a cheat device. I've tried on various levels and almost always find that I'm still researching the science when the Kiwis announce they have Tri-Strontium. Or the Carcinogens or Alexs announce they have Afrodesiac. None of these races have any use for it....the AI just wants to keep it from you. And they were building this from your very first turn. This game sho
