Title is as stated. It paints the Window's borders, and underneath it, but the titlebar of Windows 10/11 persists, even with the flag set to ensure the 10/11 titlebar was disabled.

I downloaded the Tremonti - Dust Lyric Video from YouTube and set it as my Wallpaper. Now granted I'm running on a potato as is (AMD A8-4500M w/ Radeon HD 7640G Graphics @512 MB) But, If I pause/play the content using the explorer context menu, sometimes it plays at full speed.
