Reply to FAQ: Downloading vs. Retail in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

In posts 1&2 of this thread, there was mention of a pdf copy of the manual. I bought the download version of the game and cannot find this. I do have a gc_quickguide.html file that talks you through your initial game. Is this what was meant by the manual? If not, any tips on where to find it? thanks! ~SDC~
