GalCiv2 ForumsI have the same problem too. Just figured the more people who mention they have this issue the merrier. I am running Vista Home Premium.

I also did discover this last night. The problem goes away when I minimize the bottom bar (I wish it had a hotkey). It's smooth as day when it's gone, and choppy when I restore it. Gotta be a Vista/Nvidia problem, and hopefully it'll get resolved soon.

Stardock ForumsIGN has up polls and voting for the Best of 2003 PC games. GalCiv is selected as a choice for best multiplayer game. I'm fairly new to this game but I thought it was only single player?? [Message Edited] [Message Edited]

i believe if you are in a game and you click on menu, it'll show it up top.

first of all, is there a way to view the percentage complete for the 4 victory conditions without clicking "menu" at the top. isn't it in stats or something in the actual game so i dont feel like i'm going to the options menu to check? also, more importantly, i tried my first game the other day and went for a cultural victory. i have tons of influence. well i'm sposed to have 90% of the map. well, i've reached it a couple of times, but the game still goes. do i have to hold that percent
