"ExplorerFolderBarBackground" in WindowBlinds Stardock Forums

When I changed the "ExplorerFolderBarBackground" color in WindowBlinds 10, the whole background changed. When I change the "ExplorerFolderBarBackground" color in WindowBlinds 11, only the small border changes. Is this a programming error or should this item now be called "ExplorerFolderBarBorder"? I really miss having different colors for the "ExplorerFolderBackground" and the "ExplorerFolderBarBackground". Please advise. Thank you for your time,
