We worked it out over email. The problem was a corrupt Prefs.ini file. Deleting the file from the Documents\My Games\GC3Crusade fixes the issue.

Okay we found the bug -- it only happens if you have the "right" combo of DLC installed. We'll push a fix in our next update.

Are you playing with any mods?

Glad to hear that it fixed your issue. What is your native resolution? What was the other game that got fixed as well?

Are you running multiple monitors and/or running the game remotely?

Do you have a save game that I could take a look at that reproduces the issue?
