This game is awesome, it filled the void left by MOO3 after its failure. Some suggestions, if possible... 1) Simplified governor, more like an auto-build function. 2) Design our own ships 3) Higher starting moral from recently defected systems to prevent them going back and forth. 4) French like Veto powers to have more say in the council to keep power a little more balanced, but veto's could carry potential retributions. 5) A factor that would allow
