Draconic DRM is a crappy solution to an exagerated problem. Information, community building and some actual honesty from the publisher (Of course not including SD here) ranks towards the consumer would be a much better one. At least I now know I won't buy these games until there are some "fixes" out, thanks for the info.

I'm not sure I'd pay for some UP expanded DLC unless it was really awesome and brought something truely new to the game. I *would* however pay for that "epic generator" idea you used to throw around a year or two ago though. Generally though, most DLC I have seen so far both when it comes to computers and consoles is far too low value for money for me to consider buying it. New phat lewt, general e-peen enhancers or "cool stuff" doesn't do it for me. I think it would have to be something really

Paradox seems eager to fix the situation in collaboration with Pollux, but I wouldn't hold my breath. It's a pity really, this game could have been pretty darn enjoyable with some polish, reminds me a bit of the old classic Stars! coupled with simplified Dominions 3 battles.

Anyone who knows exactly which ships are choosen to do combat when defending? I was under the impression that the ship with the best defense in a stack also was the ship that would defend from an attack. But in a recent game, when defending from the Dregnin(who else:P), my battlecruisers was regurarly picked instead of the BattleAxes which was defending the same planet. Anyone have any clue?
