I had a similar situation with a Technology Breakthrough that nullified an Executive Order. I selected the order Telescope Takeover, but then the Breakthrough popped up and obscured the Telescope Takeover window. After selecting the new research target, the Telescope Takeover window was gone, the Control Cost was spent, and I had to wait 18 turns before the order was available again.

Version: 0.77A Details: The event "A New Pathogen Is Born" has three responses from which to choose. The third reads, "Rarely lethal? Our citizens will survive this. But perhaps our enemies will be incapacitated by it. Do nothing and let's hope it spreads." This text does not quite fit in the box. As a result, the top of the text on the first line and the bottom of the text on the third line, are both cut off - though the result is legib
Version: 0.77A Details: The first sentence in the Unknown Watcher text reads, "Our ship has come across a device that has been recording events on our home world for over a three hundred years." The "a" that precedes "three hundred years" is ungrammatical and should be removed.
The day before yesterday I downloaded and installed the 2.04 patch for Galactic Civilizations II - Twilight of the Arnor when it appeared on Impulse. Now I am unable to connect to the Metaverse. I checked up on this game a few days ago and was happy to see it had been released (I don't follow gaming news, but I've been playing a lot of GalCiv2 lately.) I know from past experience that Stardock's games evolve over time, but was a bit surprised at the fiasco that occured. With that known, however, I decided to buy it anyway. I understand completely why people that bought the game in the first few days of release (or who preordered) are angry. However, I guess the silver lining
Playing 1.07.25. Sometimes one of my cities will temporarily have the name, color, and stats of a neighboring empire instead of mine. This only affects the little bar that floats above the city. The info on the toolbar at the bottom of the screen, and the info on the floating window are correct. Which city of mine that is affected can change, and the name of the other faction's city can change as well. I am playing as Altar, and other kingdom involved is Capitar.
