I had a Hero that was 38at 98D and 342 HP, on a large map. I remember one of the races declaring war on me and it was in the middle of their empire at the time, they tossed everything they had at it, must of destroyed 30 dreadnoughts on it before they asked for peace and the thing was down to like 180 HP, I could take their entire nation with one ship LOL. They really do need to tone back the numbers of anomalies in the larger galaxies. Are you sure they are being created? Several ti

TERRITORIAL INTEGRITY. Simply put there is no way a sovereign “nation” allows others to pass through or use its air space without permission or risks the destruction of those units or war. To me this is the BIGGEST glaring over sight this game has. This would open up a lot more diplomatic options as to allow/use the passage of units would require diplomatic agreements.

Well realism is not as important as game play but to have a 10 on one fight resolved one on one ten times is NOT good or fun game play, it is just lame. Maybe since my early gaming was board war games and I am a turn based war game stratgy nut I see it differnetly then some of you. It just drives me nuts to see those one on one attacks when I have a fleet of ships, I KNOW this is not a war game but war/combat is a good 25% of this game, more if you play it that way, and the way fleet operations

Oh come on now I have been playing computer games since PC's were first out (I know showing my age) and there has never been a good "against the computer AI" game that the AI was not given "help" It comes in all kinds of forms, better production rates, an edge in power in like military units, on and on. Why are these cheats given? They have to be becuase there is yet an AI that comes close to the ability of the average gamer

My God people, you mean to tell me that with all this super tech advances we have made and cont. to make in the game that no one has figured out birth control. This is another part of the game I feel is weak. A far more tech. advanced race with a small population, should be happier, produce more and "deplete" their world recourses a lot lessthen a low tech. over populated race. There are too many over simplified aspects in this game like the way they handle fleets, for my taste. It’s too bad

Why not some middle ground here? Have fleet set ups limited to say one Dreadnaught, 2 battleships, 4 frigates, and 8 star fighters? Or any other balance that would seem right. Then the fleet fights as a single ship, witha power factor, defense factor and a manuver factor. then when ships or fleets meet it is one attack with total damage spread out over the entire fleet. This 10 on one resolved as one on one over and over only takes away tatical choices, makes the military aspect of the ga
