I would like to see more control within the United Planets. The ability to propose bills and punish memebers would be an excellent benefit. Later in the game the ability to vote out powerful rivals would be a cool stratagy to employ by evil civs.

Hey guys, Can someone help me out? I can't seem to download the multimedia files. Everytime I try there seems to be an error during extraction. The music files are corrupted and it just stops working. Hope someone can shed some light on my problem. Thanks ~SDC~

Well here's my two cents. First off I have to say that I love this game, and will continue to love it for years to come. Now, a few minor suggestions that I think will improve the flavor of the game. *I'd really like to see more control over the Galactic Senate, such as the ability for the player to call a meeting of the Senate and propose laws from a list that would be beneficial to ones own empire or to others. I agree with the low rating for MOO3. It is a pathetic attempt at a 4 or 5x game. When I bought it was excited about the complexity, I thought that micromanaging and planning of deep stratagy was the focus of the game. How wrong I was!! The game is designed in such a way that you can't lose. My favorite example was after playing the game 4 times and winning each game easily. I decided to set it to impossible, after 350 turns I won by becoming president of the Anataran Council... Just like that,
