yes i have that, and now i'm experiencing a new problem, i can't also move items into fences is there any way i can reset everything to the way it came, like reset to factory settings or something like deleting the config file if there is one ? UPDATE: thanks for the help but i fixed it on my own :P

i'm running windows 7 with 2.13 fences, and i don't have any rules, the only one is that the icons go to the general desktop

i have fences, and i can't place my desktop icons any they all glide back to place how do u fix that (not items inside fences, items outside them)
