Theme Manager in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I recently stumbled upon this site while searching for themes for XP and have a quick question. In the past when applying themes, I've always just downloaded the themes and manually kinda implemented them myself through windows properties to the best of my ability. Including icons, pointers, sounds, etc. Is it much more worth it to purchase a windows theme manager such as WinStyles to handle this chore or is it for the lazy ones who have money to waste?
