E-mail default in Start8 Stardock Forums

When I am working on-line and am prompted to click on an e-mail address in order to send a response, Windows 8 Hotmail comes up. Can Stardock enable me to change the default to my regular Outlook/Hotmail account and format, which is much easier to use?
