My Start8 v8.31 button looked like below till yesterday night but overnight it has changed to Is this some kind of update ?? Please explain..

I installed trial version of Start8 1.31 then uninstalled using the built in uninstaller but was not able to remove the start button as shown Please help me get rid of this. I don't have any other bit of start8 (or Stardock)left on my Pc. But this crap doesn't go away .please help
