I am on the insider Beta channel, 23H2 build 22635.4515, so closer to retail release and am also seeing this issue. In addition, the combined taskbar button option is broken in terms of minimizing and restoring when multiple windows are open.

I'm on an insider build and I see this issue. I'd be interested to know from the person not on an insider build if switching auto-hide on for the taskbar allows a menu to show but it's in the wrong place and only shows part of the first line? I am fairly certain the issue is with placement and size of the menu. The right-click action itself is working. You can tell this because the focused window goes out of focus; the hover action on the taskbar icons no longer shows the preview thumbnails o
