Fences Configuration Parser Error in Fences Stardock Forums

After a system restore, Fences started to issue error messages saying there is a configuration problem with dot net. I tried updating dot net from its website, but it is still showing the error messages. I am guessing there is some configuration I have to do to restore what was there before the system restore.
