Question: Galaxy Forge Strong Pirates in Sins Rebellion Sins Forums

Hi all. Short version: I am looking for the setting in galaxy forge that controls the pirates strength. I somehow set it high and made an otherwise good map much less interesting. Long version: I recently decided to make a map to play with a bunch of my friends who play this game.
