I went through the same process again but this time I also searched the hard drive for any residuals; I did so I cleaned them then reinstalled. All is well again. Thanks for the input.
I know this is my own fault as I was recently a bit over zealous when running a registry cleaner (jv16 PowerTools). After cleaning the registry and rebooting the fences appeared on my desktop but none of the icons were within any of the fences, they were instead were scattered all around them. I immediately restored the backup of the registry clean efforts and rebooted but the same issue manifested. I uninstalled fences, rebooted, reinstalled, rebooted and have the same issue. I don't thi
I'm having the same issue in version 1.45. I know that the recent items menu used to work and don't really know when it stopped working but it's always empty. Unfortunately I used to use it quite a bit.
