GOD NO!!! Anything but limited targets! You'd end up hitting a few Disciples or a Rapture while the Progen+Radiance keeps going. The ability does need some limit unless it's the ultimate, but I'd rather have a 3k AoE than a target limit.
Glad to hear that I'm not alone... [e digicons][/e] But if it is too OP compared to the rest, there might not be a choice if gameplay and "
Thank you! [e digicons]:)[/e] I also agree that a support ship would fit the Vasari better than TEC, and you can beef it up with many abilites, I've thought about a channeled gravity generator/PJI ability that would decrease phase jump speed for all enemie

Actually, I've been thinking of something similar recently, I'm glad someone who (by the looks of it) actually knows how to do it! [e digicons]XD[/e] Regarding the TEC's special supercap, I'm not quite sure, but i think that a supercoloniser would require some serious benefits over the Akkan to be a viable option for players. This could be implemented by giving some additional boosts to population growth/extraction/income etc, or by combining it with the re

Ouch! That's nasty! [e digicons]:'([/e] Well, good luck on the new game, and remember, a PJI can be an awesome part of any trap/ambush, sadly, the AI did it on you and not the other way around... [e digicons]:([/e] I'm gonna start up a new game of my own now, the AI won't know what hit it! [e digicons]}:)[/e] [e digicons]:borg:[/e]

Well, I've been thinking a little... I'd go by: # Training the caps to lv. 6, then place an starbase (with lv. 2 Self-Destruct! [e digicons]}:)[/e] ) at the edge of your gravity well. (about the same position as the Advent's) # Trick the AI by moving your fleet to your other world, in a position ready to jump back. [e digicons]*_*[/e] # Once the AI sends his fleet to your world, bring in your caps at the edge of the gravity we
I believe it is modeled off a giant rail gun. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Railgun The effects would depend on whatever it fires. You could perhaps load the useless 1/3 of a planets population (such executive middle-men or telephone sanitizers) in the warhead and fire it off to help a world's economy. However, I would beware particularly dirty telephones after doing so.

Y'know, keep saying "get them to level 6" but thats kinda impossible for me. My only way to expand and get my ships any XP is to fight this starbase.
No, it's not... You seem to be forgetting that you're using Distant Stars... [e digicons];)[/e] Simply buy the research that allows you to train your Caps to lv. 6... Buy it, train them, kick the AI's ass!

I've been looking around for any "let's play"/"Where I play" treads of this game on the web, but not found many at all. If anyone has a link to such a thread, please post it here! For those of you who doesn't know what it is, it's like a "diary" of a playthrough of any game. I've only found one incomplete thread for sins.
