no one ages in WOM Support Elemental Forums

I need some help, my children or my sov age, i dont understand why. i have no mods installed so its the normal game i did install the update. if anyone can help me please do, ive uninstalled elemental around 10 times and cleaned out everything in my laptop but each time i get the same result, they dont age.
