I think money is unnecessary, glory is enough as Zen says. It won't add up to be much anyway and all the hassle to send money and deal with all that would only push people away from the tourney. And yeah 3v3 sounds much much better.

Heya It looks like it will take a while to start the tourney, i have time until 13th of July pretty much . Then wrapping up and saying good bye to US of A. I will be back in Turkey for a while and i have no idea how the connection would be there. I would be glad if you can make a post on how long the tourney will likely to last Pacov once it is clear. If it is a short one like 2-3 weekends, i might be able to join but otherwise i don't want to commit

If the team that is consist of good players also have good coordination with each other, the best combo by far is Rook/Erebus/UB. If coordination is not as good it would be Rook/Oak/Ub. There is one combo that i particularly like if there is no rook on the opponent team which is renawel Ice TB/ Sedna/ Oak. This is a very fun combo to play and very hard to counter without a rook. For early game kills, Ub, Reg, Oak is a great combo. Reg/DA/Erebus is proba

Sounds fun, probably we'll need to think quite a bit to make this work smoothly. Few things that i'd like to add on. 1- The players that join the tournament is bit problematic, if a player or players with significantly lower skill joins the tournament (aka noobish) it wouldn't be possible to win a game with those. I am bit confused about this, we already played Ppanek and Rin the second time and lost. Were we supposed to play Sledge's team first?And the winner was going to play against Ppanek and Rin? Either way, i don't think ppanek needs to play us again for the finals since they already got 2 wins against us. Oh man, if this might be the last tourney lets please make it intresting regarding dg picks. it can be 3 mirror matches between each team. TB/DA REG/OAK EREBUS/QOT Occ/Sedna Ub/Rook or something like this. Would be nice to force combos that are never played.
Bite priority, mist level 1 , bat swarm lvl 2(level it whenever available), mass charm the rest. This is for 2v2 and 3v3. Go minions instead of mass charm for 1v1. if enemy lacks aoe, you can get minions for damage increase. If you got qot in your team, bite and spikes will also help your minions do good amount of damage. but mass charm is better most cases. You dont need to waste your time, getting minions and they are'nt as fast as you are so unless you are tping in with minions
It would be nice if Stardock actually sponsored another tourney and put a good amount of money, like 1000$ or something. That would bring quiet a bit of players back. If not i think after the next tourney DG will pretty much die out. If you didn't do so much pacov, it would already be dead.
I don't think it's a huge disadvantage but it certainly matters since there are many counter-able formations, i think 1 by 1 would make it more fair. For example: light picks: DA,Oak,UB this is certainly a good combo but other team can counter this badly by picking rook.
I think there is an easy solution for "light side picks dgs first" rule, why don't we do it just 1 by 1 to make it more fair. Light side picks 1 dg readies and then dark side and so on.
I don't know if this will work, but great idea.
I like the rules, i bet darkliath will do so as well.
