I think Ahiodsohi gave sound advice. I'd say the game is not quite there yet, they're still resolving a lot of the online connectivity issues, and there's still a lot that needs to be fleshed out. I'd wait if money is a concern. I've played the single player heavily, though, and I can tell you that when it IS ready, it's probably going to be a blast! I'm anxious.
