All fences are gone on install in Fences WinCustomize Forums

I have updated as the program calls for it, but when I do this it wipes out all of my fences.. I love the program, but is there going to be a fix for this? Am I doing something wrong? Now getting message about needing to update because(something like this)after Nov 1 needs update if not fences will work in reduced state. Sorry cannot rem exact error type message. Problems after upgrading in Fences WinCustomize Forums

I have a problem when doing a fresh download and install. It deletes all of the old fences which as you can guess, makes one Heck of a mess. Plus time to reset the new fences, change names, move all icons back. This happens every time. I love the program, just need to know how to keep setup as is after install. Also when ever I click to get update it tells me I have the latest already, this cannot be right, because you just did a fix for the date error thing..&
