I haven't heard anything good about Timeshift. I'm looking forward to Singularity, which looks like a better take on the time-manipulating FPS concept. As for Unreal Tournament 3, Epic just released the devkit for free. I'd expect to see mods be released as standalone games not requiring UT3 at all.
