Lost Information, need help in Demigod Demigod Forums

I purchased DemiGod a couple weeks ago and never got to download the game, figuring it would be sometime in September until I got to play the Beta. I have accidently deleted my emails and need to find out some recovery methods i.e. some information i would have to give to prove I pre-ordered the game and to get everything downloaded :D. Thanks for any and all help
