Reply to .desktop -> . Theme in Customization Software WinCustomize Forums

I am having a bit of a problem. I have looked over the sticky about file conversions. I found that it didn't quite answer my question. I have downloaded "Dark Ultimate" theme. It is saved as a .desktop file. My computer will only use .Theme files. How do I convert .desktop to .theme. Thanks for any replies.
