Problems with Windows post installation in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

My entire system has gone straight into the toilet after one long night's session on my computer with window blinds on it. After about 2 days of haggling, I finally got it back to a decent workable state but everytime I try to shutdown using the standard shutdown, it gives me a program stuck message with this as the header: Notification Wnd for RNAdmin Can anyone tell me what the hell this is and/or how to fix it?
