Quick Fixes in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I can play the game (installs, and loads up fine), but I can't see a quarter of the screen. I can select a campaign, or new game and play the game, but if I click the options button, my mouse will not select any choices on that screen excepts 'done or back'. I been on this site for the past week, downloading various copies of what should be the latest drivers for my computer only to have the problem continue.
