Fences has hijacked my desktop... in Stardock Software Stardock Forums

Hi all, has anyone seen this problem before? I turn my laptop on today and there's no desktop icons. I thought that fences was maybe running in hidden mode - a double-click on my desktop shows this is not so, fences is still installed, but I have no desktop icons (even after removing/adding them back in via Personalize (this is on Vista)), no left-click drag, the fences process isn't running, and no way of getting my desktop back to how it should be.
