tbh i don't need a collection, i just need the pictures to fade into each other when it changes picture, like in osx, that's all i want, but damn me if it isn't impossible to get a thingie that does that.

i'm thinking like, every 15/30 min, and i'd like the fade effect if that's possible. i don't have windowsblinds installed, because i wanted to know if there was a standalone program that could do this before i installed, it, and i didn't even know that it could do that.
i have worked on a mac, but has always had my windows machine, but on the mac in desktop, you can set it to change the desktop image after a sertent amount of time. now, iv'e gotten my hands on some wallpapers that are made for this feature, and i wanna have them on my windows, but i can't seem to find a program that let's my do that. so i thought this would be the place to ask.
