I, like everyone else can't update my game version. I bought a used version out of a store and some time ago was able to update without any troubles and now i'm being told of a conflict between e-mail registered and serial #. Just in case i ran ALL of my current e-mail adresses (and a few of my old ones)through your recovery system, all of them came back as not being in the data base.
