Ha, I know, I usually play it with a lot less in the background, but I had stuff open to try to figure out what was going on. Is there anything to do besides updating my drivers? I know it says that the last update was in 2006, but apparently that's the newest they have available on their website. It sucks, the Gal Civ II and then Dark Avatar both ran fine on this computer...
Hey, I recently upgraded to Twilight, and have neer had these problems with the other games or expansion. I'll start up a new game and be able to play a few turns, but soon I'll hit the turn button, the game will appear to be thinking, but nothing will happen onscreen. I'll still be able to move the mouse though... Sometimes I'll hit the button and it will start the next turn, and then just go black instead. Task manager says the game is running fine, but I can't do anything. My drivers
I think you've just got an odd luck of the draw on your randomly generated map. There are bonus tiles all over usually.
