wallpaper and taskbar in Windows XP WinCustomize Forums

for some reason my computer has been doing this:(the task bar is suppose to copy what is behind it not move it down below =\ ) [IMG]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v418/noobdude/173da1e0.png[/IMG] so if anyone help out pls
