problem solved it seams browser cahce is cleared every time I close the browser So I knew that wasn't the problem. thanks everyone.

On the personal page I am wanting to update the desktop screen shot but it will not change the image thats there even though it says the new image had uploaded correctly. Is this a server glitch?
