In Windows 10 1903 and up the taskbar popups will no longer skin so your issue will go away. Happy to read this... "developers" at last eased their lives... Link is unavaliable... Renewed with update. In my account I can see only OLD my purchases: WB7, WB8, SkSt7,SkSt8... History/Software parts of account are totally obsolete, misunderstanding and non-inormated... I'm even afraid to refresh my package because I can't see SkinStudio 10 in any package, and no clear info about package content.

ALL themes made by myself has a specific colors. But only after WB-update this glitch appeared. MOST strange is a fact that in color settings section of WB-menu the folder bar color signed and viewed according wb-theme. Nevertheless while opening explorer it's WHITE. And, sorry to say, Microsoft is aside of this problem.

Yes I have WB-10.8... NO chance to believers. BUG is present. As the other one (taskbar preview control buttons) which is more then year age... Stardock makes me 'happy' with latest versions...
