That DOES NOT DO THE trick... I already did this several times but it never goes to level 3... I stay at Level 2 and basicly unable to download anything... That's the reason I asking a different direct contact or link besides the one that "MUST/SHOULD" work Best regards,

I searched through the whole Wincustomize page and found no way even to ask this question but this method. I'm tired of not being able to download from the webpage... Can you help me? (with proper directions? ie the right URL/email to use) Regards
