Solved the problem. I just re-installed DTX and now all is well. Thank you for your help. Steve

My wife's account is an administrator's account. When I logged on to her account and selected "My Computer" then "C:" then "program Files" etc. to the DTX directory and double clicked on the desktopx.exe file or the welcome.exe file nothing happened. I don't understand. Steve
I'm not sure what you're trying to say. Do you have 3 licenced copies of DTX or you have created and are using 3 desktops? If you have 1 copy of DTX and are using 3 different desktops (one for each user) how are you doing this? This is what I want to do. Thanks
I, my wife and 2 kids each have a login on the same WinXP computer at home. I have a DesktopX 3.1 and would like to know if I can have a different desktop for each of us or must I purchase a multi-user licence to do so? I tried to open DesktopX 3.1 from my wife's login but it didn't work. Thanks in advance for any help. Steve Colclough http://stevecolclough.com <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Smile.
