Making "Frames" for DesktopX Themes in OS Customization WinCustomize Forums

Hi, new to Desktopx and making themes. I think I understand the basics re: widget and object making and modifying existing screens (to some extent) but now I want to make my own theme with customize buttons etc. I have Photoshop 7 and Paintshop Pro 9 though I am less than weak using them. My main question is "How do I make the frame on the screen that I eventually put my widget/objects in?" I've seen some great stuff (like those designed by "gef")

Email Just started with desktopx and fortunately got "tabulator". Can anyone point me in the direction which will explain how to customize the tabs, etc on the theme. I tried some things but some of the tabs just disappeared. ?????? Please help
